Withdrawal received

Your withdrawal request has been recorded. A confirmation email goes out to the address you gave us within 24 hours, and it carries your reference number along with the exact date and time we received the request.

What happens next

• If your order has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you.
• If your order is already on its way or delivered, we email you the return address and instructions.
• Your refund is issued within 14 days, to the payment method you used at checkout.

If the confirmation email does not arrive within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then write to us at support@usepuppypad.com and we will resend it. Your request is already registered either way.
